The Guido family has attended wine growing and wine production since last century.

In 1925 our grandparents, with the graft on “American stubs” saved our vineyard from the terrible “filossera vastatrix”. On the sixties, although the progressive abandoning of lands, our father kept on growing and planting vines.

Nowadays the rising generation connecting the family tradition with agricultural and oenology studies, could conjugate his experience with most modern processing: soft pressing, refrigeration and criomaceration.

Our vineyards, located in the highest hills where are produced Gavi and Dolcetto d’Ovada, involve a lot of growing difficulties due to the very accentuated slopes.

The hilly conformation of the ground combined with the clayey white soil and the over thirty years old vines make our wines full bodied.
